Phenomenal. Thin, crispy pizza with a robust sauce. Lasagne bolognese with spiced besciamella and a ton of layers. Pollo al limone was bright and tangy with extremely tender chicken. Cannoli is awesome -- filling is rich but not too sweet so the dark chocolate mini chips can shine, and the shells are kept separate to stay crisp until they're ordered (the smell of them reminds me of eating fresh-fried donuts). The tiramisu is a 4-layer wonder with ladyfingers absolutely SOAKED in café liqueur and thin layers of gently-folded mascarpone, topped off with a light freckling of cocoa powder to enhance the coffee flavor. They also had rum cake, but I passed on it this time. No photos because we were too greedy to wait. We'll definitely be back.

Get their pizza! Very large selection of pies and overall Italian comfort food. They bake their own bread, so I will be back for a sandwich!

Whenever I go out with friends to eat, we almost always have Asian cuisine but last night I was suddenly craving Italian. I found this place on Yelp and determined we had to come visit since we were in the area. Absolutely DELICIOUS food. I'm still thinking about my Tortellini D'Angelo.... I need another plate ASAP... There was only one lady working FOH and bless her heart - she did awesome! Cant wait to be back!

The service was great. The lady up front sort of rushed us but the waiters made up for it and the food was amazing. The Pizza wasn't all that but the food was incredible. Not sure why that lady up front was in such a rush though. Looked like she was the owner. The food and the waiter saved the day.

I thought the food was actually really great! The inside of the restaurant is kinda gross so plan on take out!

We had a fantastic dinner for my brothers 65th birthday! We ordered the Gnocci, Chicken Marsala and peperoni pizza. Everything was outstanding. We could not get enough of your garlic bread with your olive oil mix. The Chicken Marsala stood out! It was soo delicious! Grace was so kind and the service was terrific. What a great family restaurant! Hope you move to Orange! We will dine in weekly!

The fried calamari was a crispy, flavorful delight that truly set the tone for a fantastic meal. The linguini principessa was simply fantastic - each bite bursting with flavors that showcased the chef's expertise. Luigi's D Italia truly excels in delivering top-notch food. From the extra crispy and delicious calamari to the wonderful linguini principessa, every dish tasted like a masterpiece. It's definitely a spot I'll be returning to for consistently delicious and satisfying meals!

I was pretty surprised when I walked into Luigi's because it is a tiny (Subway sized) Italian restaurant. They use a city wallpaper to give it the illusion of a bigger space but the kitchen area felt very closed in on us. They served complimentary garlic bread which for me is always a plus, but it was very airy and didn't have much flavor to me. My boyfriend got the baked ziti and I got the chicken alfredo. I did not like the taste of the ziti at all. The alfredo was good, but served in a pretty shallow plate. I would recommend opting out of paying more for the chicken if you're looking to save a few bucks, I think the pasta was good enough on its own (and I am one to always order chicken) Probably the best thing to take away from this place is the Calamari! HUGE pieces and a considerate portion size. I guess it could be considered a bit pricey but if you're a big calamari fan I would recommend. The hot marinara sauce they serve with it is a really nice touch as well. My main con about this place was that it took quite a long time to receive the food. I also wish the waitress was a bit more joyful, I couldn't help but feel like we were annoying her, or being rushed.
